Recently, the core reaction module of the sintering flue gas desulfurization product resource utilization project of Baosteel Group Mining Research Institute, which was undertaken by our company, was successfully driven once. This project, which lasted for 9 months and was jointly developed by our company and the Mining Research Institute of Baotou Steel Group, is the first 10000 ton whisker project in China, and has made major breakthroughs in basic theory and technological progressiveness. The successful development of this technology will promote the development of bulk solid waste treatment technology, in order to better solve the common problem of resource utilization of sintering flue gas desulfurization products in the steel industry.

This project is based on the design concept of Industry 4.0 in China, and is designed and constructed according to high standards, high requirements, high automation, and intelligent requirements. The core reaction module includes 30 high-efficiency reaction vessels, 24 storage vessels, and 10 complete sets of pipelines, all of which are designed, manufactured, and installed by our company. The overall pry mounted reaction module selected this time has the characteristics of small footprint, high reaction efficiency, and significant energy-saving effect. The efficient response and output of the reaction module ensure the long-term stable operation of the project.

During the project manufacturing period, the Dongti team carefully planned and organized according to the requirements of standardized design and modular construction, creating favorable conditions for the orderly operation of the project. According to the company's leadership's requirement to ensure the successful start-up of the equipment, the project team's R&D, procurement, and manufacturing personnel have been working tirelessly on the front line for multiple consecutive days and nights, closely cooperating with production, timely clearing manufacturing tail items, and providing support for equipment manufacturing.

It is reported that this project has an annual production scale of 50000 tons of calcium sulfate whiskers and can consume 66700 tons of desulfurization products annually. Its product calcium sulfate whiskers can significantly improve the performance of related products in the fields of engineering plastics, rubber, and asphalt, reduce production costs, and open up broad space for the large-scale utilization of sintered flue gas desulfurization products. The successful operation of the reaction module marks the improvement of our company's research and development capabilities. In the future, our company will increase its external cooperation efforts, rely on technology to upgrade product value, accelerate the transformation of technology and scientific research achievements, help customers increase production, reduce consumption, and utilize resources, and spare no effort to contribute to the strength of Dongtai!
