Recently, the complete set of special equipment such as azeotropic distillation tower for Shenghong Refining and Chemical's 300000 tons/year vinyl acetate project, which was manufactured by our company, was successfully shipped. The successful delivery of this project demonstrates the strong capabilities of our company in designing and manufacturing core equipment for acetic acid and related industries.

This project includes 15 sets of complete equipment such as towers and heat exchangers, all made of Hastelloy C-276. The specification of the azeotropic distillation tower is φ 4800 * 49800mm, with a weight of nearly 200 tons; The specifications of the first and second reboiler are φ 2100 * 8976mm, with a single weight of nearly 60 tons, and have the characteristics of large specifications and high manufacturing difficulty. To ensure the production progress of the project, Dongfang Titanium Industry has united as one, closely arranged and deployed, overcome the adverse effects of the epidemic, and accelerated the progress of the project. It is reported that after the project is put into operation, the produced vinyl acetate raw materials will be transported to Selbang, a subsidiary of Shenghong, to produce high value-added photovoltaic grade EVA resin, acrylonitrile, MMA (methyl methacrylate) and other new energy materials, which will help Shenghong build a million ton green biodegradable material project and contribute to the integrated layout of the entire industry chain and the creation of a world-class new energy and new material industry cluster.
