Recently, the evaluation work of the 2024 Shenyang Industrial Design Competition has been successfully concluded. After intense and intense competition, our company's "Large and Efficient Double Chamber Horizontal Stirring Reactor" successfully stood out and won the Excellence Award in the Design Group (Advanced Manufacturing Category).
This competition is hosted by the Shenyang Municipal Government and jointly organized by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, and Shenyang Daily. With the theme of "Empowering the Future with Design", the aim is to use the power of industrial design to create an atmosphere of innovative development in industrial design, stimulate the vitality of industrial design innovation in enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of advantageous industries, and promote the high-quality development of industrial design service-oriented manufacturing industry.
This competition is divided into product group and creative group, with works closely related to the needs of Liaoning manufacturing enterprises, fully demonstrating the deep integration of industrial design and industrial development. The competition selected 105 award-winning works from 2100 entries submitted by 75 universities and research institutes, 180 enterprises and institutions, and over 60 independent designers from across the country. After preliminary evaluation, review, final evaluation, and expert review, our company's "Large and Efficient Double Chamber Horizontal Stirring Reactor" won the Excellent Award in the Product Design Group (Advanced Manufacturing Category).
A large and efficient dual chamber horizontal stirring reactor adopts a dual chamber horizontal stirring structure, which heats the medium inside the equipment through coils, effectively increasing the reaction temperature and improving the reaction efficiency. At the same time, by stirring, the polymerization of the medium is prevented, allowing the medium to fully contact and transfer heat more evenly, thereby improving the quality of the finished product and production efficiency.
