At the beginning of the establishment of the team, the Shaanxi Tianhong project cooperated by the company and Veolia (China) Environmental Service Co., Ltd. was in progress, and the construction period of the project was extremely tight. Meanwhile, as an international engineering company, Veolia has very strict requirements for product quality.

During the product welding process, especially the welding of two TA2 equipment, the welder team overcame the difficulties of large equipment diameter and too many skirt rib plates, which are not easy to protect. Several welders worked at the same time, completed the equipment welding with high efficiency and quality, and successfully completed the production task.

Overcome difficulties

When making the 17138 contract, the two products in the contract require that the outer half pipe of the equipment be fully welded and the inner surface weld be 100% endoscopy inspected. Such requirements have never been encountered by the company. Not to mention the manufacturing experience, there is not much external experience that can be used for reference.

After the welder team received the task, under the leadership of the team leader, the team members conducted experiments and exercises for many times, continuously improved the welding methods, finally achieved the best welding effect in the operation, successfully completed the welding task and overcome another technical problem. The leaders of the company highly praised the welder team, and the resident supervisor was also very satisfied with the welding quality of the product.
