On the afternoon of November 24, Shenyang Economic and Information Technology Commission organized an expert group to visit our company to carry out lean production project acceptance. The deputy general manager and lean office members of the company reported to the expert group the comparative changes, achievements and future development planning of the company before and after the lean project. The expert group accepted the demonstration production line team of the workshop and highly affirmed the achievements of lean production of our company at this stage.

For this lean production project, the company has established a three-level promotion and implementation organization. During the implementation of the lean project, we have established a continuous flow production line of heat exchanger products through the arrangement of plans, the sorting of production lines, the overall arrangement of stations and the customization of buffer zones; Quickly deal with problems in production by establishing an emergency response mechanism. The three indexes of the company's heat exchanger product order delivery timeliness, number of products in process and production cycle have been significantly improved.

Although the first phase of the project is coming to an end, the road of lean production is endless.
