In 1998, Shenyang Dongfang Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. was established from Shenyang Metallurgical Research Institute, in which the Metallurgical Research Institute accounted for 80% of the registered capital and natural persons accounted for 20% of the registered capital. The company is located in Nanta street, Dongling District, covering an area of 20 mu.

In 1998, chairman Liang Xianjun put forward the enterprise spirit of "seeking truth from facts, whimsical and making impossible possible".

In 2002, the company first introduced Polaris ERP (enterprise resource manufacturing plan) management system, which opened the road of information management and laid a foundation for the improvement of the company's information level in the future.

In 2003, the company achieved a single contract exceeding 10 million yuan for the first time, marking the further improvement of the design and manufacturing capacity of Dongfang titanium in the field of special metal materials and non-standard equipment.

In 2005, the company's products were exported to South Africa for the first time, entered the African market and opened a new situation in the international market.

In 2006, the company successfully developed the first set of domestic complete equipment for dry process aluminum fluoride production and the first set of domestic PCE complete equipment, breaking the foreign monopoly on the technology and price of similar products in China.

Planning Layout

In 2007, the company started the construction of the project of "localization of titanium and titanium alloy complete sets of equipment for gas purification" at the new site. The project was included in the investment plan in the central budget for the localization of major equipment, the adjustment and transformation of old industrial bases in Northeast China and the adjustment of industrial structure, and received state subsidies.

In 2008, the company was first recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in Liaoning Province. Since then, the company has successfully passed this recognition.

In 2008, the company's single contract exceeded 60 million yuan for the first time, marking a qualitative leap in the core technology of non-standard special material pressure vessels.

In 2009, the company completed the project construction, the main body was relocated to Hunnan, the modern plant area rose, a large number of international advanced equipment were introduced, and Oriental titanium industry swaggered forward on the road of science and technology.

In 2009, the company fully realized the private system, and the restructured Oriental titanium industry radiated new vitality and started a new journey.

In 2009, the company developed and completed the first set of domestic complete equipment for concentration and evaporation system for solid alkali production, breaking the situation that similar products are subject to import.

In 2010, the company achieved the first set of complete equipment for the production of new nano material silica (white carbon black) by gas phase method and widely promoted in the market. The technical level and industrial scale of our company in the application field of special metal materials have been greatly improved.

In 2012, the company completed phase II construction, with a leap forward improvement in production and manufacturing capacity and a substantial increase in production capacity.

In 2012, the company's single contract exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time, marking that Dongfang titanium industry has formed the technical capacity, manufacturing capacity, quality assurance capacity and service capacity to meet the high-end needs of customers.

In November 2012, the fluidized bed reactor developed by our company won the excellence award of China Patent Award.

In 2013, the company completed phase III construction, and an enterprise that has reached the international first-class standard stands on the vast land. Oriental titanium industry is forging ahead in the industry with a stronger momentum.

To Strengthen Stability

In February 2013, the company was changed into a joint-stock company and renamed "Shenyang Oriental Titanium Co., Ltd.".

In 2013, the company introduced the information ERP system, upgraded the original ERP system, and accelerated the pace of the company's management and operation towards comprehensive informatization.

In September 2013, the 20000 t / a pentafluoroethane (R125) reactor (fixed bed fluorination reactor) developed by the company won the first prize of Shenyang scientific and technological progress award.

In 2014, the new HCl indirect heater developed by the company achieved the first set in China, won the special subsidy fund for major technical equipment in Liaoning Province, and won the "Shenyang Science and technology revitalization Award".

In September 2016, the company co hosted the "2016 annual meeting of equipment technical committee and National Petroleum and chemical engineering equipment liaison network", which gave full play to the leading role of the company in the industry.

In 2017, based on the original ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning Management) system, our company independently developed an ERP system more in line with the company's development needs, and gradually realized the deep integration of process production line industrialization and informatization.

Seek Far And Win-win

In 2018, the company began to implement lean management, which greatly improved the production efficiency and realized the continuous improvement of enterprise performance.

In 2018, the company officially launched the work of "all staff project approval", guided by the 16 character policy of "all staff participation, all staff improvement, all staff innovation and all staff project approval", to improve operation and management and promote technological progress. 

In July 2020, the company's PTA core equipment acetic acid recovery tower of Jiangsu hailun Petrochemical was successfully shipped, marking that our company has reached a new height in the field of manufacturing heavy titanium steel composite equipment.

In July 2020, the products of Argentina salt lake lithium extraction project undertaken by the company were successfully shipped. This project is the first large order settled by our company in the form of foreign exchange.

In 2020, chairman Liang Xianjun put forward the production concept of "meticulous, lean and high-quality products", requiring all employees of Dongfang titanium industry to promote the implementation of lean management with the shaping of meticulous culture, and finally enter the international market with the goal of manufacturing high-end high-quality products.

By October 2020, the company had obtained 44 patents, including 24 invention patents and 20 new utility patents.
