From March 13 to March 14, 2019, the quadrennial review of pressure vessel design license renewal was held in the company.

China Chemical Equipment Association sent an expert review team to review the establishment and implementation of the company's pressure vessel design quality assurance system. During the review, the expert group strictly reviewed the resource conditions, quality management, design level and other aspects. On site inspection was conducted on the company's designers, software, office environment, design standards and specifications, drawing and file management, etc. The design qualification, design document reproduction and qualification seal management of the company, the training and assessment of designers at all levels, the establishment and implementation of design quality assurance system and the quality of design documents were identified and reviewed, the pressure vessel design and verification personnel were assessed by written examination, and the randomly selected design finished products were strictly reviewed and defended.

Through the two-day on-site review, the review team fully affirmed the company's pressure vessel design work, and expressed satisfaction with the theoretical examination results of the company's designers and the on-site defense of the design drawings. Finally, the expert group affirmed the company's pressure vessel design ability and agreed that the company met the requirements for renewal of class A1 (single layer for high-pressure vessels) and class A2 pressure vessel design qualification, At the same time, it also puts forward valuable opinions and suggestions on some deficiencies in our work. It is hoped that we will continue to improve and gradually improve in our future work, so as to further improve the pressure vessel design level of our company.
